Projects

iNet China has developed several projects for Chinese students and teachers.

Workshops

iNet’s teaching workshops demonstrate innovative and effective teaching methods used in a range of curriculum areas.

  • Read about the workshops delivered so far.
  • Access resources for teaching English developed for the workshops.

Study tours

iNet China organizes study tours for Chinese teachers to visit some of England's most outstanding schools to share good practice.

Teachers from England also tour Chinese schools to observe and learn from teaching practice in China.

  • Read a report of the first headteachers' study tour to England.

Towards the Olympics

The Beijing 2008 and London 2012 Olympic Games provide a focus for this project, which gives students and teachers in Chinese and English schools opportunities for cultural exchange, sports and language learning.

  • Read more about the project.
  • Read an update on BBC World Class

Leadership development

Our leadership development programmes - with a heavy emphasis on innovation and sharing good practice - have been highly successful in a number of countries.

A programme has been running in Hong Kong since 2005. Developing leaders in mainland China will soon have the opportunity to participate in similar schemes.
