RATL is an innovative project, designed in collaboration with experienced principals, which helps schools develop strategies for raising achievement.
An 18 month course that enables teachers to develop their leadership skills and other professional expertise.
Schools with recognized expertise in subject areas provide training to schools and networks of educators. The aim is to eventually form an innovative network of teachers working together to share ideas and best practice.
