Building on the success of cohort one of the iNet Wales developing leaders for tomorrow programme, we are delighted to announce that we are now recruiting for a second cohort to join the programme which will launch in September 2008.
The developing leaders programme seeks to address the growing need to develop leadership capacity in schools at a time when trends indicate a growing shortage of school leaders. It will provide teachers in your school with the skills, knowledge and confidence to drive education agendas forward, and at the same time fast-track their professional development.
Accreditation is available in year two of the programme with participants receiving 60 CATS points at Masters level through our partnership with the University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) and Bangor University.
A two year leadership development programme for secondary school teachers with up to seven years' experience. It addresses a broad range of leadership skills to support the personalising learning agenda in Wales.
