Participants in the programme will:

• Join a regional cohort of developing leaders, supported by an experienced educational leader, in order to share ideas with one another.
• Attend six national conferences and seven cohort meetings over the two years, designed and delivered by leading headteachers (download the brochure for full information). All meetings will be school based and hosted by one of the developing leaders in your cohort group.
  

All participants in the programme are expected to achieve at least 66% attendance at conferences and meetings over the two years.

• Complete four assignments – school audit, partner school audit, innovation project and international assignment. (read an example assignment)
• Have access to high quality training and implementation strategies relating to personalising learning
