For delegates from outside China the fees for attending the conference are below (Chinese delegates should contact Catherine Li - catherine.li@ssatrust.org.uk - for booking information).
The packages do not include flights, accommodation or visas. If you are not affiliated to iNet/SSAT an additional membership fee will be applicable. (currency converter)
Includes conference sessions, school visits, catering and evening entertainment, and a range of supporting materials.
Includes the 3-day package, plus sessions with Professor Yong Zhao and cultural visits.

The conference will be held at the 5* Beijing Shangri-La China World Hotel.
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee, but a limited number of rooms at the hotel have been reserved at a preferential rate.

Flights are not included in the conference fee. Delegates are advised to book as early as possible to obtain as low a price as possible.
Delegates are required to obtain a visa in order to enter the People's Republic of China. The visa is not included in the conference fee.
It is recommended that you apply for the visa as soon as possible to ensure all your documentation is in place prior to attending the conference.
