Our globe has become smaller; economic, political and technological forces have shrunk geological distances and reduced political boundaries. Our students will enter a world that will be even smaller, even more integrated and even more interconnected. We must prepare them for this new world.
At this one day conference Professor Yong Zhao will explore the importance of embedding an international dimension into the school curriculum and community, and how this can be achieved.
Participants will be provided with tools and practical examples to assist them to provide deep teaching and learning practices that embed ICT, global understanding and digital citizenship, allowing students to meet the challenges of the changing knowledge societies and the digital age.
