This one-day course provides leaders with the opportunity to step back from day to day tasks to work on strategic development. Delegates will return to school with a set of skills and materials on developing strategy which is a driving force for change.

The standard cost of each workshop is £245 per person, however, an early-bird discount is available.
If you book before the following dates, each workshop costs £225 per person.
