Emma is the founder of Positive Organisations, applying the
principles of Positive Psychology to the world of work and
education through leadership and skill development. She is an HR
professional and has worked at the executive level for
organisations such as Pepsi, Abbott and ICI.
She holds a degree in Software Engineering, a degree in
Psychology and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the
University of Pennsylvania. Emma is also a visiting senior
lecturer on the Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the
University of East London and serves on the board of advisors on
the Cambridge University Institute of Research in Well-Being.
