When you view the earth from space you can’t see any borders or separate countries, just one home. If you had the chance to view our planet from space, how would it change your understanding of life on earth?
Imagine if all the borders between countries were taken away and we all lived in one global state. How would this change your life? How would it change the lives of the global population?
What do you think is the definition of a global citizen?
Who is your neighbour?

'The students have been amazed at the conference today. They are contributing at their own level and trying hard to support each other in the reading of materials etc. We are all very excited about this opportunity! They feel extremely passionate about global issues (as does their teacher!)' Debbie Norbury, Robin Hood Primary School, UK
