  • China competition for primary school students aged 7-11:

    Take part in the British Council competition for UK primary schools, supported by CHINA NOW and the HSBC Global Education Programme, and your school could win £5,000 to support your partnership. Schools wishing to enter the competition must register by Friday 7 November and the deadline for submission of presentations is Friday 12 December.   • Chinese Speaking Competition: Take part in the British Council Mandarin Chinese speaking competition for UK schools supported by the HSBC Global Education Programme and you could be heading off to Beijing at Easter. There are two categories in the competition, one for language ability and one for performance.Interested schools should complete the online registration form by 17 November 2008.  More>>>
  • LECT Commonwealth Exchange Programme: The application forms  for Exchanges starting in 2009 and 2010 are now available. The deadline for submitting applications will be 19th December 2008. More>>>
